Stored Payment Terms

These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between you (“the User”) and [Snobprod International LTD (sugardaddy.cy)], regarding the secure storage and authorized use of your payment method for recurring membership services.
- Consent to Store Payment Credentials
By proceeding with your purchase and checking the box labeled “I agree to store my payment method for future billing,” you give [sugardaddy.cy] explicit permission to store your payment credentials for automatic billing related to your membership plan.
- Use of Stored Payment Method
Your stored payment method may be used to process:
• Monthly, quarterly, or half annual subscription renewals
• Upgrades or add-on purchases explicitly approved by you
• Re-billing after trial or promotional periods We will never charge your card without your consent to the associated plan or terms.
- Secure Processing & Data Protection
All payments are securely processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards. [sugardaddy.cy] does not store full card data on its own servers. Our payment provider uses encrypted, bank-grade security to ensure your data remains protected.
- Transparent Billing Notifications
You will receive a digital confirmation email after each charge is processed. In addition, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance of:
• The end of any free trial or introductory offer
• Any change in pricing or billing frequency
- Cancel Anytime Policy
You may cancel your subscription or remove your saved card at any time via your personal Account Dashboard:
• Go to “Account Settings” → “contact us” → “create new ticket” →
• Select “Cancel Subscription” or “stop payment” No future charges will be applied after cancellation. Already-processed charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- Dispute Process
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days via: [contact@ sugardaddy.pl] We will investigate promptly and in good faith.
- Card Updates & Expiry
You are responsible for updating expired or replaced cards. We may notify you if a scheduled payment fails due to invalid card details.
- Agreement Duration
This agreement remains active as long as your credentials are stored with us. You may request a copy of this agreement at any time via your account or by contacting customer service.
